I now offer online scheduling of non-urgent appointments. For urgent needs, please contact me directly at 860-609-1941 and I will do my best to accommodate the request.

My process is a bit unusual. I speak to the animal first in a private pre-call check-in using a recent photo before I know anything else other than their name and gender. At that time, I'll introduce myself, explain what we are going to do and ask your animal what they would like to discuss. This pre-call is invaluable because it gives the animal a chance to set some of the agenda for our conversation. Then we will have a 3-way phone conversation (or a conversation on WhatsApp for international clients). I will initially share everything your animal brought up for discussion and then you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions or explore any issues you'd like to discuss for up to 45 minutes. $150 (You may speak with multiple animals in your care during one session - there will be a $25 extra charge per additional animal for the pre-call check-in.)

Making end-of-life decisions is always challenging, but it is so much easier when you can ask your animal's opinion. Your animal can tell you if and when they are ready to transition, as well as what they might like to do before they go.

You can also check in with your animal in spirit form to help put your mind at ease that they are at peace and to alleviate any guilt or regret. The animals want you to remember how they made you feel in life, not to think back with any bad feelings - they are never disappointed in you. You might be surprised to discover how your animal is still showing up for you in spirit form.

I currently have 6 animals in my family (4 horses, 1 dog, and a cat) and several animals who have crossed the rainbow bridge. I've had hundreds of conversations with horses, dogs, and cats, as well as birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, and some wild animals too!
